In cases where the client was in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication when an accident occurred, did not call the Police (or ran away from the place of the car crash), as well as if an accident occurred as a result of gross violation of traffic (for example, exceeding the permissible speed), the client is liable for the amount of damage caused by him
If the deposit is paid in cash, it is returned immediately after the car is returned (provided that the car can be inspected for new damage). If the deposit was blocked on a credit card, then the deposit can be unlocked in 3 to 21 working days additionally
In order to return / take the car during off-hours, or weekends, you must inform the manager by phone in advance and coordinate the time and place of transfer of the car with him. If the car is transferred at night (from 22:00 to 07:00), an additional fee of USD 10 is charged for this service
